When you have ordered and paid for the reprogramming service, we will do the following:
As soon as we got your chip, we will test your chip. If the chip is not dead, we will reprogram it with the requested data. We will return the chip (dead or alive) to you via the standard postservice. The chip will be send to you in a safe package together with information about your chip on paper.
New chip service:
When you have ordered and paid for a new chip, we will do the following:
We will send a new chip, programmed with the requested data, to you via the standard postservice. The chip will be send to you in a safe package together with information about your chip on paper.
When you have ordered and paid for something else, we will do the following:
We will send your ordered item(s) to you via the standard postservice. The item(s) will be send to you in a safe package.
We use two different shipping methods, please choose one of them when you place the order:
- STANDARD SHIPPING
This is the cheap unregistered way to send packages to somebody. No tracking number is available. Just some normal stamps on the package. We are not responsible if packages are lost in the mail !
- REGISTERED SHIPPING
This method is very secure, if the package is lost, we will ask our postal service to track the package. This of course takes time, but you will always get a replacement because of the insurance included in this postal service.
We will try to send you a message by email when we have send your order to you.
If you do not get the message this may be due to email problems somewhere on the Internet.

The following things are important to know:
- Send your package to us via REGISTERED MAIL if you don`t want to risk losing the package in the mail....
But normal mail is much cheaper, it`s your choice ;-)
- We guarantee that the data you have specified is programmed on your working chip. We cannot guarantee that the bios chip will work in your computer or device
- Please send us the right data file on disk or via email. If you do not send us this file we will try to find a good data file for you. If the data file can`t be found, we will try to contact you before we return your chip.
- We don`t return your disk or other heavy items, as this would increase the costs too much !!
- No discounts. No money will be returned. The costs are very low, the money is only to pay the packaging, stamps and all the costs we incur to offer this helpful service.
